IT-Wire is an automated distribution service for IT related press releases. Just by pressing a few buttons you can get in touch with up to 800 IT specialised journalists throughout the Nordic countries.You can upload press releases in Word format alternatively paste in a text directly onto a form (where basic information such as contacts and company presentations are filled in automatically). Then you choose the target group (type of media and countries) and also whether you want the press release to be sent immediately or at a given future time. You can also attach files and preview a page before you send it. The recipient receives the press release in a nice html layout, and he can print it out, download attached files, send it on to a colleague, subscribe to your future press releases and search for previous press releases in your archives (the archives function can easily be directed to your home page where the press release is automatically published the moment the message is distributed). Furthermore, you can also put up two of your own contact lists, for example if you have your own journalist contacts or if you want to distribute press releases even to your partners. In connection with a distribution an automatic doublet elimination takes place so that there is no risk of your recipients getting annoyed about multiple mails.
